Cosmos Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service offered by Cosmos, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use any Cosmos products or services.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that your use of Cosmos complies with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Digital Products

Cosmos provides digital products, software, scripts, licenses, memberships, accounts, virtual goods, and related services.

All products are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Cosmos does not provide refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after payment has been completed.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Reading product descriptions before purchasing.
• Ensuring compatibility with their intended use.
• Following any provided instructions.
• Maintaining the security of their own accounts and credentials.

Purchasing the wrong product, changing your mind, or failing to understand how a product works does not qualify for a refund.

License

Purchasing a Cosmos product grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product only as permitted by Cosmos.

Ownership of the intellectual property remains with Cosmos.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Redistribute Cosmos products.
• Resell products without written permission.
• Leak, copy, or publicly share products.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass licensing or security measures where prohibited by law.
• Abuse support services.
• Use stolen payment methods.
• Commit fraud or attempt chargebacks for legitimate purchases.
• Impersonate Cosmos staff.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.

Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving access to a Cosmos product or service, Cosmos reserves the right to:

• Permanently revoke access to all purchased products.
• Terminate any associated accounts.
• Refuse future service.
• Provide documentation to payment processors in defense of the transaction.

Product Availability

Cosmos may modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or remove products and services at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use its products or services.

Any liability of Cosmos shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, graphics, software, product names, designs, documentation, and other content remain the exclusive property of Cosmos unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

Termination

Cosmos may suspend or terminate access to products or services at its sole discretion if these Terms of Service are violated or if necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of its business.

Changes to These Terms

Cosmos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Cosmos products or services constitutes acceptance of the current version.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and No Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between Cosmos and the customer regarding the use of Cosmos products and services.
